Area of application
Dispersion adhesive with high initial adhesion for ceiling tiles, decorative profiles, underlay wallpaper and interior polystyrene decorative and insulating panels.
Preparation
Für Untergründe wie Beton, Porenbeton, Mauerwerk, Gips- und Zementwandbauplatten, Spachtelmassen, Zement- und Gipsputze, alte Dispersionsanstriche. Nicht saugende Untergründe sind ungeeignet. Der Untergrund muss sauber, trocken, eben, trag- und saugfähig sowie trennmittelfrei sein. Zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit baufan Tiefgrund LF verwenden. Nicht zu verfestigende oder nicht genügend haftende Untergründe müssen vollständig entfernt werden. Im Zweifelsfall Probeverklebung vornehmen.
Processing
Stir well before use/knead the tube well. Spot/edge bonding: Apply the material to the back of the panel in dots and, if necessary, in strips around the edge. Full-surface bonding: Apply the adhesive with a notched trowel - preferably B1 or B2 - to the entire surface of the back of the panel or flat substrate. Place the rigid foam board in the adhesive bed and press down. For ceiling bonding, it is advisable to apply the adhesive to the back of the panel. For sheet material, use a roller to press down evenly and over the entire surface. Once the adhesive has dried completely, the bonded surfaces can be painted, wallpapered or levelled. Remove adhesive residues immediately with clean water. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Drying time: approx. 24 hours per mm layer thickness under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65% relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate); longer drying time under unfavourable conditions.
Consumption
Depending on substrate and application thickness → 500 - 900 g/m²
Storage
Keep container tightly closed in a cool but frost-free place. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least until: see batch label.
Notes
Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C for material, ambient air and substrate Keep out of reach of children. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking during use. Wear safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not allow to enter drains, waterways or soil. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling.
