Area of application
Repair filler for woodchip fibre for repairing dowel holes, cracks and damaged areas. Structure adapts ideally to the woodchip fibre grain. For interior use.
Preparation
The substrate must be dry, clean, sound and free of dust and grease. Remove loose material from the substrate. Prime highly absorbent, sanding and chalking substrates with baufan Deep Primer LF. Pre-fill deep holes and break-outs with baufan interior filler or baufan surface filler. Glue open seams of woodchip wallpaper with baufan Seam Adhesive. Not suitable for filling work on wood, metal, glass and plastic.
Processing
Knead the tube well before use and apply a spatula directly from the tube to the damaged area and, if necessary, give the desired surface structure with a spatula or brush. Once dry, the filled surface can be painted over. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Drying time: approx. 1 hour under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65% relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate); longer drying time under unfavourable conditions.
Storage
Keep container tightly closed in a cool but frost-free place. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least 48 months from date of manufacture: see batch label.
Notes
Application temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C for material, circulating air and substrate Do not cover surfaces to be painted. Keep out of reach of children. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking during use. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not allow to enter drains, waterways or soil. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling.
