Area of application
Fast-setting cement filler for drill holes and cracks inside/outside, adheres to many substrates, including tiles, also as a repair and bonding compound.
Preparation
The substrate must be dry, sound, clean and free of dust and grease. Pre-treat highly absorbent, sanding and chalking substrates with baufan Deep Primer LF. Thoroughly clean and degrease tiles and other non-absorbent substrates.
Processing
Mixing: Sprinkle 750 g of powder into approx. 300 ml of clean, cold water and stir vigorously until a homogeneous mass is formed. If greater stability is required for the application, the amount of water should be reduced to 250 ml. Processing: Process the mixed levelling compound within 30 minutes. The material can be used with a spatula to level out holes/chips up to 10 cm deep in a single layer. Subsequent coats and bonding should only be applied after the material has completely dried. Depending on the application thickness, substrate and ambient temperature, the drying time is approx. 24 hours. Drying time: approx. 5 hours under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65% relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate); under unfavourable conditions, the drying time is correspondingly longer.

per mm application thickness → approx. 1.0 kg/m²
Storage
Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool but frost-free place. Keep out of the reach of children. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least 48 months from date of manufacture (see batch label).

Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C for material, ambient air and substrate Observe safety data sheet. Do not apply below +5 °C object and ambient temperature. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Keep packaging tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling. Hardened material residues can be disposed of with household waste or as construction site waste. Waste code no. EWC 06 02 99. GISCODE ZP1.
