Super-Adhesive Filler 945
Ideal for smoothing entire surfaces, sealing joints in filigree and precast ceilings, filling cracks and holes, and jointing plasterboard, gypsum fibreboard, cement fibreboard and similar drywall panels. Tension-free drywall panels can be filled without the need for reinforcement tape. Please follow the panel manufacturers’ application instructions. The profimur Super-Haftspachtel offers excellent adhesion to the substrate, filling power and stability. It is vapour-permeable and provides an ideal substrate for subsequent wallpapering and painting work. Thanks to its smooth consistency, the profimur Super Adhesive Filler is ideal for creating smooth or textured surfaces. Not suitable for use in areas directly exposed to splashing water, such as wet rooms, showers, swimming pools, saltwater baths, commercial kitchens and similar, nor for filling on glass, plastic, wood, metal and emulsion-based substrates.

Area of application
A synthetic resin-reinforced gypsum filler with excellent adhesion properties for interior walls and ceilings.Preparation
Suitable for use on all mineral substrates (such as gypsum, lime and cement plaster, stone, concrete, aerated concrete, masonry and the like) as well as on plasterboard, gypsum fibreboard, cement fibreboard and similar drywall panels. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from release agents (dust, formwork oil, etc.). Pre-treat very smooth concrete as well as highly absorbent, sandy and chalky substrates with profimur Deep Primer LF. Sanded surfaces and the cut edges of plasterboard must also be primed to bind dust and reduce absorbency.Processing
Preparation:Add 2 parts profimur Super-Haftspachtel to 1 part cold, clean water (e.g. 1 kg of powder to 600 ml of water) and mix. After 3 minutes, give the filler a quick stir again.
Application:
Apply the mixed filler within 45 minutes using a filling knife or trowel and smooth it to a flush finish. The profimur Super-Haftspachtel can also be applied in thicker layers in a single pass and hardens evenly without sagging or cracking. Depending on the application thickness, ambient conditions and building moisture content, the drying time is approx. 24 hours – under unfavourable conditions, the drying time may be extended accordingly.
Practical tip: Sanding:
The filled surfaces are easiest to sand within 4 days of application. For optimum sanding results, we recommend using a disc sander (120-grit sandpaper) at slow to medium speeds and with light pressure.
Follow-up work:
To prevent subsequent coats from drying unevenly when spot-filling, the repaired areas – or even the entire surface – should be primed with profimur Tiefengrund LF.
Consumption
Approx. 1 kg of powder per m² at an application thickness of 1 mm.Storage
Keep out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place. Keep opened containers tightly closed.Notes

Only send completely empty containers for recycling. Dried-out material residues may be disposed of as household waste or as construction site waste. EWC waste code no. 17 08 02. Do not allow the product to enter the mains drainage system, watercourses or the ground.
