Area of application

Restoration solution for lightly textured substrates such as glass fibre wallpaper and plastic plaster - ideal for repairing cracks on walls and ceilings.

Processing

Apply the levelling compound evenly to the substrate using a notched trowel. If the substrate is smooth, the fleece can also be bonded directly to the substrate with paste or dispersion adhesive. Lay the painter's fleece vertically into the fresh levelling compound or the fresh adhesive bed without creases or bubbles and press flat with a smoothing trowel up to 5 cm from the edge. Place the second sheet overlapping the first sheet by approx. 5 cm. Use the cutter knife to cut through both sheets at the same time in the centre of the overlapping area (double seam cut). Remove the upper and lower cut strips and press the seam area with the smoothing trowel. If the substrate is uneven, the surface can be smoothed with a sponge board and a little water. Once completely dry, prime the renovated surface with a solvent-free primer, e.g. decotric Tiefengrund LF.
