Area of application

Colourless, acrylate-based protective coating for wallpaper, emulsion paints and stone. Non-yellowing, washable and ideal for kitchens, hallways and children's rooms.

Preparation

The substrate must be dry, clean, sound, evenly absorbent and free of dust and grease.

Processing

baufan wallpaper protection is ready to use and can be applied with a brush or suitable spraying equipment. The gloss level of the coating depends on the surface structure of the substrate. In order to achieve an even, glossy coating, two coats are therefore required for rough substrates. For semi-gloss surfaces, baufan Wallpaper Protection can be diluted 1:1 with water. baufan Wallpaper Protection can be diluted up to 1:4 with water, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Protect components that are not to be treated from splashes - e.g. by covering them - as dried wallpaper protection is difficult to remove. Do not apply below + 5° Celsius substrate and room temperature! Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Storage

Keep container tightly closed in a cool but frost-free place. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least until: see batch label.

Notes

Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C for material, ambient air and substrate Keep out of reach of children. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking during use. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not allow to enter drains, waterways or soil. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling.
