Tile and joint repair grey

Area of application

Grout for wall tiles for repairing damaged tile joints. Easy to use, clean application and crack-free hardening. Ideal for bathrooms and WCs.

Preparation

The joints must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease. Remove loose material from the joints. Cover porous and unglazed tiles before grouting.

Processing

Knead the tube well before use. Press baufan Tile and Joint Repair directly into the joint to be repaired so that the joint is filled without gaps. Carefully remove any excess grout (e.g. with a rubber spatula) before it dries. Wipe the tiles with a damp sponge and rub dry. Once completely dry, the material is waterproof. Drying time: approx. 24 hours/mm application thickness. The drying time may vary depending on climatic conditions and the absorbency of the substrate.

Storage

Keep the tube tightly closed and store in a cool, frost-free place. Keep out of the reach of children. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least 36 months from date of manufacture (see batch label).

Processing temperature: Do not store below +5 °C for material, circulating air and substrate Keep out of reach of children. Ensure adequate ventilation during processing and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking while using the paint. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not allow to enter drains, waterways or soil. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling.
