Area of application
Fine filler for levelling small irregularities on plaster, concrete, plasterboard and wood. Sandable, paintable and ideal for smooth interior surfaces.
Preparation
The substrate must be clean, dry, sound, evenly absorbent and free of dust and grease. Remove loose material, old wallpaper and poorly adhering paints from the substrate. Prime highly absorbent, sanding and chalking substrates with baufan Deep Primer LF. If in doubt, carry out a test application.
Processing
Stir well before use and apply with a spatula or trowel. The filler can be diluted slightly with water if necessary. Apply several coats for thick layers. For multi-layer levelling coats, the previous layer must be completely dry before the next coat is applied. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Drying time: approx. 1-2 hours per mm layer thickness under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65% relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate); longer drying time under unfavourable conditions. Tinting: With universal tinting concentrates.
Consumption
per mm layer thickness → approx. 1.3kg/m² (dries without cracking up to 3 mm layer thickness)
Storage
Keep container tightly closed in a cool but frost-free place. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least until: see batch label.
Notes
Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C for material, ambient air and substrate Keep out of reach of children. Ensure adequate ventilation during processing and drying. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking during processing. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not allow to enter drains, waterways or soil. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling.
