Area of application
Line marking paint for sports fields, natural turf and hard pitches. Very good adhesion on dry grass and good visibility even in the rain.
Preparation
For natural grass surfaces, sports fields and hard courts (tennis courts). The areas to be sprayed must be dry. The grass should be cut as short as possible.
Processing
Do not mix baufan Sportplatzmarkierung Direct with other colours. The colour is ready to use. Stir well before use. Apply undiluted with appropriate marking equipment using the pressure spraying method. Clean the marking trolley/spraying nozzle carefully with clear water immediately after use (spray until the water runs clear). Drying time: approx. 2-5 hours under normal conditions (+20 °C, 65% relative humidity, moderately absorbent substrate); in unfavourable conditions, the drying time is correspondingly longer. Tinting: With universal tinting concentrates or full-tone and tinting paint.
Consumption
per square → approx. 6.0 - 10.0 litres (empirical values for 10 cm width) Decisive for the consumption are the condition of the floor and the working method of the user.
Storage
Keep container tightly closed in a cool but frost-free place. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least until: see batch label.
Notes
Processing temperature: +5 °C for material, circulating air and substrate Do not cover surfaces to be painted. Keep out of reach of children. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Do not inhale spray mist. Avoid eating, drinking and smoking while using the paint. Wear safety goggles. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not allow to enter drains, waterways or soil. Only dispose of empty containers for recycling. Hazardous respirable droplets may be produced when spraying. Do not inhale aerosol or mist. Use combination filter A2/P2 when spraying.
