Technical information sheet

Area of application

Gebrauchsfertige, lösungsmittelfreie Kunstharz-Leichtspachtelmasse zum Ausbessern und Glätten von Wand- und Deckenflächen im Innenbereich.

Preparation

Suitable for use on non-absorbent emulsion-based substrates, on mineral surfaces (such as gypsum, lime and cement render, stone, concrete, aerated concrete, masonry, etc.) as well as on plasterboard, gypsum fibreboard, cement fibreboard and other drywall panels. The substrate must be dry, sound and free from release agents (dust, grease, etc.). Prime highly absorbent, sandy and chalky substrates with profimur Deep Primer LF. Fill deeper holes and spalls with a profimur gypsum filler. When filling plasterboard and other drywall panels, carry out the base filling with profimur Super-Haftspachtel 945 or profimur Fill+Finish Spachtel 960.

Processing

Apply the filler using a paint roller (medium pile), a suitable spray gun or a trowel, and smooth it out. Maximum application thickness: 3 mm.

Spray application:
Only airless sprayers approved by the equipment manufacturer for the application of sprayable fillers may be used (e.g. Graco Mark V, Wagner PS 3.39 or equivalent).
Static pressure: 215 bar; working pressure: 160–180 bar; nozzle size: 029–041; hose length: max. 15 m.

The filler hardens as it dries – drying time depends on the application thickness, substrate conditions and ambient conditions. Do not apply subsequent coats or carry out bonding work until the filled surface has dried completely.

Consumption

Approx. 1.4 kg per m² at an application thickness of 1 mm. Determine the exact consumption by carrying out a test application on the surface.

Storage

Keep container tightly closed, childproof and store in a cool but frost-free place.

Notes

Do not apply when the object or ambient temperature is below +5 °C. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
