Area of application
Ready-to-use, white, mineral-based filler for interior walls and ceilings.Preparation
Suitable for use on all mineral substrates (concrete, aerated concrete, calcium silicate boards, lime and cement plasters, masonry, etc.). Not suitable for gypsum substrates (gypsum plasters, gypsum fillers, plasterboard), floors, emulsion-based substrates, glass, metal, plastic and wood. The substrate must be dry, sound, and free from dust and grease. Pre-treat highly absorbent, sandy and chalky substrates, as well as sanded surfaces, with a silicate fixative.Processing
Stir the profimur lime filler thoroughly before use (by machine if possible) and apply with a trowel or smoothing trowel, then level it off flush with the surface. For full-surface application, the maximum layer thickness is 4 mm. Once thoroughly dry, profimur lime filler can be easily sanded down if required (using 150-grit sandpaper or finer).Spray application:
Only airless sprayers approved by the equipment manufacturer for the application of sprayable fillers may be used. Working pressure: 130 bar; nozzle size: 551; hose length: max. 15 m.
The filler hardens as it dries – drying time depends on the application thickness, substrate conditions and ambient conditions. Do not apply subsequent coats of paint or carry out bonding work until the filled surface has dried thoroughly.
Consumption
Approx. 1.7 kg per m² at an application thickness of 1 mm. Determine the exact consumption by carrying out a test application on the surface.Storage
Keep container tightly closed, childproof and store in a cool but frost-free place.Notes

Only send completely empty containers for recycling. Dried-out material residues may be disposed of as household waste or as construction site waste. Dispose of uncured residues in accordance with waste code EWC 08 04 10. Do not allow the product to enter the drains, watercourses or the ground.
