Area of application
A smooth, gypsum-based interior filler for walls and ceilings.Preparation
For all mineral substrates (concrete, gypsum, lime and cement render, masonry, etc.) as well as plasterboard and gypsum fibre boards. Not suitable for glass, metal, plastic or wood. For interior surfaces exposed to moisture and for outdoor use, we recommend baufan Exterior Filler.The substrate must be dry, sound, and free from dust and grease. Remove any loose particles. Pre-treat very smooth concrete and highly absorbent, sandy or chalky substrates with baufan Tiefgrund LF.
Processing
Add 2 parts baufan Interior Filler to 1 part clean, cold water and stir until a paste-like, lump-free mixture is formed (mixing ratio: 1 kg baufan Interior Filler – approx. 600 ml water). Leave the mixture to stand for approx. three minutes, then stir again. The prepared filler remains workable for approx. 1 hour and must not be diluted at a later stage.Apply baufan Interior Filler with a filler knife or trowel and smooth it off until flush with the surface. The filler is easy to smooth and can be sanded down if necessary once it is completely dry. To ensure a uniform level of absorbency across the surface during touch-up work, it is recommended that, once thoroughly dry, the filled areas – or indeed the entire surface – be treated once more with baufan Tiefgrund LF.

Only send completely empty containers for recycling. Cured material residues can be disposed of as household waste or as construction site waste (waste code no. EWC 17 08 02).
