decomix Universal concentrated colorant

Area of application

decoMIX tinting concentrate - universally mixable pigment paste for emulsion paints, varnishes & glazes. Ideal for precise tinting of many colour systems.

Processing

Shake the bottle well before use. Add decoMIX universal tinting concentrate to the colour to be tinted and mix well until completely homogeneous. We recommend the use of a stirrer for tinting paints. The maximum quantity of decoMIX to be added varies depending on the type of paint, but should not exceed 10 %. Maximum quantities to be added: Dispersions approx. 10 % Varnishes approx. 8 % Acrylic varnishes approx. 6 % Colourless paints, glazes, stains, wood waxes approx. 5 % Silicate paints and coatings approx. 3 %

Storage

Keep container tightly closed and store in a cool but frost-free place. Keep out of the reach of children. After storage in frosty conditions, the concentrates are fully usable again at room temperature and after shaking.

Notes

For spray materials such as polyester, polyester paints, solvent-containing dispersions based on mixed polymers and Pliolit, elastic paints, etc., compatibility and rubbing tests must be carried out. First tint - then dilute! Do not use at temperatures below +5 °C. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Dried material residues can be disposed of with household waste or as construction site waste. Dispose of uncured residues according to EWC waste code no. 08 01 11.
