Universal Paint Stripper

Area of application

Universal paint stripper for removing oil, synthetic resin and emulsion paints. Also cleans rock-hard brushes with natural bristles reliably and thoroughly. Top.

Preparation

Wood, metal and masonry substrates are not attacked, plastics and non-solvent-resistant substrates may be attacked. Free from dichloromethane and N-methylpyrrolidone.

Processing

Protect neighbouring surfaces or surfaces not to be stripped from splashes by covering them with a film! Apply baufan Universal Paint Stripper generously with a brush and allow to take effect. If the paint is difficult to remove, remove the dissolved layer with a spatula and repeat the process. Then rinse the surface with water or thinner.

approx. 300 - 600 ml/m²

Storage

Keep container tightly closed in a cool but frost-free place. If unopened and stored properly, shelf life is at least 24 months from date of manufacture (see batch label).

Notes

Processing temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C for material, ambient air and substrate Avoid inhalation of vapour. Wear protective gloves/eye protection. Repeated contact may lead to chapped or cracked skin. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove all contaminated clothing immediately. Wash/shower skin with water. IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. If medical advice is required, have packaging or identification label ready. Dispose of contents/container to hazardous or special waste collection point in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
